Strawberry Mint Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Low-Fat Frozen Yogurt Bar
  • ¼ cup diced watermelon
  • ¼ cup diced pineapple
  • ¼ cup diced strawberries
  • 1 tsp fresh minced mint
  • ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Place frozen yogurt bar in a microwaveable safe bowl and heat for 45-60 seconds or until melted.
  2. Toss with diced fruit and fresh mint and serve over cottage cheese.
Serving Size: 1 ½ cups per serving
