Strawberry Mint Fruit Salad
- 1 Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Low-Fat Frozen Yogurt Bar
- ¼ cup diced watermelon
- ¼ cup diced pineapple
- ¼ cup diced strawberries
- 1 tsp fresh minced mint
- ½ cup fat-free cottage cheese
- Place frozen yogurt bar in a microwaveable safe bowl and heat for 45-60 seconds or until melted.
- Toss with diced fruit and fresh mint and serve over cottage cheese.
