SEAFOOD JAMBALAYA

INGREDIENTS:


4 Sticks Butter
4# Sausage
4 1/2 Cups Trinity
48 oz Rotel Tomatoes
4 TBSP Minced Garlic
4.5 Lbs seafood mix
1 bunch Green Onions
Creole Seasoning to taste
4 Cups cooked rice
CREOLE SEASONING
1/2 Cup Salt
1 Cup of each of the following:
Black Pepper
Cayenne Pepper
Chilli Powder
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Onion powder

DIRECTIIONS:

Join in bowl blend well.

Soften spread, include trinity and cook till veggies are delicate.

Include your garlic and hotdog and flavoring, spread and cook on medium high warmth for around 12 minutes. Next include your Rotel Tomatoes. Cook an extra 12 minutes. Include fish and spread and cook around 8-10 minutes blending incidentally. Include your rice and blend well indeed. Blend in your green Onions, spread and let sit for around 10 minutes. Reveal, mix and present with new southern Sweet tea.
