Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 2 strips orange peel
- 2 strips lemon peel
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 whole cloves
- ½ cup Swerve Sweetener
- 1 Tablespoon. brandy
Directions
- Bring cranberries, water, orange, and lemon peel, cinnamon stick, sugar and cloves to a boil.
- Boil until the skin of the berries pop open (about 5 minutes.)
- Remove from heat.
- Add the Brandy, and mix to thoroughly combine.
- Cool in refrigerator before serving.
