Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Tilapia

Recipe makes 4 servings

= 8 weight watchers smart points

Ingredients –
4- 4 oz tilapia fillets (thawed if needed)
8 oz Green Mountain Farms Whipped Cream Cheese & Greek Yogurt Blend
1 cup frozen cut broccoli thawed
1 egg
1 green onion chopped
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 tbsp 1{91ad53f67fccc74146d322619b242fefe6d6d07347bf68d34ee6b96e5540a391} milk
2 tbsp dry white wine


Rinse the tilapia & pat dry.

In a medium bowl mix together 4 oz softened cream cheese, egg, green onion, & parmesan.

Next stir in the broccoli & stuffing mix.

Place 1/4 of the broccoli cheese mixture on 1 fish fillet & carefully wrap the fillet around the mixture. Place in a greased casserole dish seam side down. Use a toothpick if needed to hold it together.

Repeat with the remaining tilapia. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.



Cover with foil & bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove foil & bake another 5-10 minutes or until the fish easily flakes.

While the fish is baking place 4 oz cream cheese, milk, & white wine in a small sauce pan. Heat over medium heat while stirring constantly. Once it is heated through & smooth it is ready. I suggest doing this towards the end of the bake time for the fish because it thickens quite a bit once it starts to cool.

Pour 1/4 sauce over each fish filet & serve.
